Brothers GRIT was founded by two best friends who have been pushing each other to be better since high school.
It started with sports and academics. We challenged each other, competed, and held each other accountable. As our careers took us down different paths in IT, that same mindset stayed with us: keep building our skills, keep learning, and hold ourselves to a higher standard.
Now we get to bring those paths together. We work side by side to help small businesses build, improve, and grow their IT environments. The challenges our clients face keep us growing, too.
That is what GRIT means to us. It is the mindset we have shared since we were young, brought to the businesses we work with today.

Spencer Barr-Redmond
Spencer builds and supports the systems businesses rely on every day. His experience spans servers, storage, networking, virtualization, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Azure, and on-premises and cloud environments.
Having worked across small and mid-sized organizations, he knows how to balance technical needs with budget, reliability, security, and room to grow. His approach is practical: make the environment work well today while planning thoughtfully for tomorrow.
CO-FOUNDER / CYBERSECURITY
Christopher Langusch
Christopher brings nearly a decade of experience protecting business systems and data. He has secured Microsoft environments across Active Directory, Entra ID, Microsoft 365, and Azure, and helped organizations build and improve security programs.
His work includes Security Operations Centers, SIEM platforms, threat detection and response, governance, compliance, and data protection. He focuses on the risks that matter to each business and on making better use of the tools already in place.
